---My
first war experience was during the fall of the last
dictator in Romania, I was there with some good friend
of mine from RTB (Belgrade) me as partly a fresh
journalist and partly as a known musician was shocked
seeing a country like Romania with such a rich history
and culture coming in a state like this! But when I
came home I met than a very nice world known lady
actor we fell in love and soon I forgot all about this
war..nice is it when you can fall in love??? and
I saw her acting trough the time she got the biggest
award, we are now very good friend as she is married
now with my best (ex) friend well that's life, I'm not
perfect as well...
But some nice
memories a little sad tough I had to write down for
you to read and to share it might come one time handy
for you.......
A few years ago (2001) there has been a war near my house in Skopje (I'm
living here from 1992), it
was about 600 meters away from were I
live.
In the middle of the heavy gun fire and over flying gun ships
disguised as helicopters my now 11 years old daughter called me that
she arrived safe and well with friends in
Montenegro.
My dog a bouvier, gave in the middle of all of this heavy fighting's
around my house, life to 11 puppies and I was at one
hand fighting for my life, their life’s and
working live for the Dutch radio and
television.
Lots of other journalist from international media knew that the
balcony of Peter, me, was the best place to look
straight with camera into the war zone. So I did
have the CNN, BBC, ITV, ARD; and who knows more
of the media on my “nice sunny” balcony.
There was a guy which I knew but looking at him again
and again could not help me to recall from where
I knew him.
Suddenly he saw me and started to talk in English to me, suddenly I
realized that we did a report together in 1993 in
Sarajevo in the middle of gunfire. He told me that he
is working for Reuter’s news now. After a few
updates on how he has been doing after all these
years he suddenly told me something that I still
recall after this time: Peter as you know we were
reporting the war in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and
Bosnia, now you are reporting the war to the
international media from your garden…
Sad but true. …..Crazy life

For those who understand
(Peter John Bosse)
As the seasons are passing by
I can still hear you crying out for me
And I know you are so shy
And I know you’re longing to be fee
As the dawning breaks up the night
I can hold you so close against my breast
When there is a river inside of you
I will comfort you, I will give you rest.
Many words can be written in a song
These are only for those who understand
Is it with me where you belong?
Are you my lover, are you my friend?
And tell me why must it be
That we people make each other bleed
Maybe we just can’t say
That love in this cold world is just the only way
Language is a language we sometimes don’t understand
Hate, aggression is a feeling you never will find
with a true friend
But those feelings we got to stand
As they are made for those who understand !!!Just for those who understand!!!
